  I purchased a maple cutting board. Within 10 days, the board warped and split. It sat on our counter, never soaked or exposed to excessive water. I returned to the store to request a replacement. Told the clerk what happened and she said I was lying. Having spent over $500 in three previous visits, I was stunned. by her refusal to believe a paying customer. Will never return to the store and will tell everyone I know to avoid going to a place that places so little trust in its customers. Wish I could give it a lower rating.
