  I tried the chicken walnut salad and my son had the adult grilled cheese. Prices were great, quantity was good, food was delicious. If you’re expecting some pristine place with a 100% sanitation score then keep looking. I love places like this with character and soul. The staff was friendly, and service was quick. I’d ignore the lady that gave the one star rating, she obviously was expecting something different.

  I wish I had taken a picture of my food, but it was too good to wait. Delicious sandwich, amazing croissant. Fun people watching in Banner Elk.
